The new indobatiks shop is open!

Hello Fabric Finders!

I’m so sorry for the long delay. I had a team working on building the new website and they fell a bit behind schedule. But we are up and running now! The website is fast and should run for years to come. 🙂

A few notes:

  • The online fabric store is open now September 6, 2023!
  • Our new email is sales@indobatiks.com, I would love a quick message hi today if you get a chance. I love hearing from people and hearing what creative things they want to make in the future. Also if there are any tips for me or feedback about the new website, please let me know! 🙂 I really love chatting!
  • All orders will ship Monday mornings. This way I have the weekend to cut all the fabric out and ship it out.
  • There is a LOT of fabric here. I’ve tried to organize it well, but we might be out of stock on a few items. I’ll gladly replace those with other fabrics I have if you’d like, or refund you the amount. Please be patient with me; there is a lot to learn here for me but I’ll try hard to make it work for you. Vicki left big shoes to fill! 🙂
  • I’ve tried to simplify shipping by offering a few options. Please select the one that best fits what you purchased. If the fabric doesn’t fit in the package, I’ll reach out to you and let you know that you need to upgrade your shipping option. If you use the smallest package, I will try to fit it in, but you might have to iron it flat again once you receive it.
  • The new checkout process uses Square for processing. This is the same company Vicki used for trade shows. They now offer online services too so I figured we would keep things the same.
